  • Clinical Consultation

    Clinical Consultation with Emily Francis, LCPC, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (MD and VA) & EMDRIA Certified EMDR Consultant towards EMDR certification, clinical supervision, and neurodivergence-affirming case consultation

    EMDR & Professional Consultation Rates:

    $200/hour individual, $75/hour group

  • ADHD and Autism Assessments

    We offer focused, low-cost ADHD and Autism assessments for older teens and adults. Cost includes one 90 minute diagnostic meeting ($300) and a summary report ($200).

    For a full neuropsychological evaluation we refer to trusted coordinating providers.

Insurance and Payment

Emily Francis, LCPC is an Out of Network provider with all insurance plans, but is a certified OON provider with Tricare. Ashley Brilliant, LGPC, Elizabeth Crunk, LGPC, Ash O’Donnell, MS, Resident in Counseling, and Tasha Chemel LMSW are Out of Network providers with all insurance plans.

Please contact your health insurance to verify OON benefits.

We have experience helping clients obtain single case agreements with their insurance providers in the past to obtain increased OON benefits. Please reach out for a consultation to see if you may qualify.

We will provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • We are Out of Network (OON) provider with all insurance carriers. Emily is a certified OON provider for Tricare. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your OON benefits.

    We will provide a Superbill monthly which you can use to obtain reimbursement for OON benefits if applicable.

    Some clients are able to request a single case agreement / single case exception to have services reimbursed at an in-network rate. Please contact us and your insurance carrier for more information.

  • I accept payment by Zelle prior to time of service (emily@ndtraumacounseling.com) or credit card. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file.

    Payment is due at or before the time of service.

  • Limited spots for sliding scale are available for clients who qualify. Please reach out to inquire.

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no shows are charged at the full session fee.

  • You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for services. Please speak to your therapist about recommended length, frequency, and course of therapy. You can compute an estimate of total session cost by multiplying the session rate by the number of anticipated sessions per year.
