Support and education groups offer a lower cost supplement or alternative to traditional therapy.

For clients struggling with intense emotions, trauma stabilization and skills groups can help with coping and emotional regulation between therapy sessions and reduce the need for hospitalization or higher levels of care.

Education and support groups help reduce feelings of aloneness and facilitate the sharing of resources and strategies for making life work better.
